As mentioned on the front page, although we are now a few weeks into the new year, the 2024 calendars are still available! There are a few shops still with stock, but the best way to buy is on-line, either via Amazon, or buy direct from the publisher: Cardtoons – www.cardtoons.co.uk
This year the Wordsworth’s Lake District calendar features a wonderful view of the Langdale Pikes from Blea Tarn on the front cover.
As always, the selection of views covers the whole of the Lake District: Grasmere, Windermere, Ullswater, Coniston Water and Derwent Water; here is the back cover of the calendar to give you an idea of the photos…
If you are unable to get to the Lake District, all of my calendars can be ordered on-line direct from the publishers: http://www.cardtoons.co.uk/shop/type/calendar. The calendars are also available through Amazon and ebay.
This year the Lake District Panoramic calendar is in a new, more compact, fold-out format and features one of Lakeland’s favourite views on the cover: Derwent Water from Cat Bells.
As well as including views of many of the Lakes, this calendar features more of my photography of the Lakeland Fells; these are the views that originally inspired me to take up landscape photography, but with all my calendars, the whole of the Lake District is covered.
Again for 2024, Cardtoons have also published a “slim” Lake District Appointment Calendar and a Desk Calendar. Here are the front and back covers, starting with the slim Appointment Calendar for the Lake District:
My Lake District Desk Calendar is the “baby” of the range; it measures just 14x14cm (approx 5.5 inches), and with its fold-out stand can easily find a space on most peoples desks, but also comes with a loop for wall hanging. This year the front cover shows Derwent Water and Keswick from Skiddaw.
The Wordsworth’s Lake District Calendar is now in it’s 25th year, here are a few of the previous front covers…
